Saturday's show to offer variety of art, craft itemsFrom Staff Reports In addition to Saturday's Bug Bowl, the Purdue Student Union Board will be holding its second annual arts and crafts show. The show is set to take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday in the South Ballroom of the Purdue Memorial Union. The arts and crafts show will feature 58 vendors from Indiana, Illinois and Michigan who will be selling all types of arts and crafts. The crafts available for purchase will include jewelry, pottery, water media such as watercolors, dolls and more. Prices will ranges from $7 to more expensive items. The arts and crafts show will run at the same time as the Bug Bowl. Rita Wong, a freshman in the School of Management and a member of the Purdue Student Union Board, said, "The show is open to everyone, so come by if you are looking for some fun." |
