Complaints create student
awareness
I am writing in response
to Mr. Costakis's letter on (Monday).
I agree with the point you
made about the large number of complaints made by the students. But
instead of asking the students to "stop taking everything as an intentional
shot." I am going to ask every single person here at Purdue to complain
about and criticize everything they think is wrong.
When you said Purdue students
are particularly hard to please, maybe it's because Purdue students
want our University to be the best.
As we all know, the Purdue
faculty and staff are not going to take every complaint into consideration,
but at least we give our opinions and share them with everyone. This
is the way it should be, so that a small problem can be discussed before
getting worse.
If something is bothering
me, or I think something is wrong, I often try to ignore it. But the
next day, I often see an article or letter about that very problem in
the Exponent.
I will be extremely happy
because someone wrote about that issue, and instead of forgetting about
it, they share it with the Purdue community.
Hey, Boilermakers, keep writing.
We want the University to keep improving.
