Crash kills two students

Two students were killed and another is in critical condition after a weather-related accident Friday evening on St. Rd. 26 in Grant County.

Matthew T. Cahill, 22, a senior in the Schools of Engineering from Noblesville, Ind., died at the scene, and Jacob C. Cushman, 20, a sophomore in the School of Liberal Arts from Ossian, Ind., died Saturday at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Abortion causes emotional pain

According to the American Psychological Association, there has not been a study on the psychological effects of abortion on women done in 12 years.

The one that was done in 1989 did not find evidence of "Post Abortion Syndrome," but was inconclusive.

"Post Abortion Syndrome" is a hot topic again, being used, according to the association, by lobbyists to discourage pro-choice legislation and to reinforce the pro-life argument against abortion.

On Friday afternoon more than 1,500 agricultural alumni came to Purdue for the 106th annual Ag Fish Fry. The Fish Fry featured skits that made fun of U.S. and Purdue presidents and introduced President Martin Jischke to the alumni and the Fish Fry spirit.
