Purdue police investigate alleged rape

From Staff Reports

A student reported to Purdue police Tuesday that she was raped on campus.

Ronald Fosnaugh, the captain of special services for the Purdue Police Department, said the report is under investigation.

"The information we have is limited," said Fosnaugh.

In a release, Fosnaugh said the incident allegedly occurred in a residence hall and that the suspect and victim were acquaintances.
