Letter makes incorrect accusations

This is in response to a Feb. 9 Exponent letter written by Philip A. Anderson. Mr. Anderson stated that "all good liberals/socialists" base their arguments on "nothing." This uninformed statement, coming from a self-proclaimed conservative, makes me proud to be a liberal. Mr. Anderson complained of people who make accusations without anything to back it up; it's comforting to me that a person who thinks that five minutes on the Internet is enough research to back up a claim isn't arguing a point that I support.

A person needs to "check all the facts" when dealing with any person or group who is trying to give you information — not just liberals.
