Student dies on Friday

A Purdue student was found dead in her apartment early Friday afternoon.

Kristine Lynn Noonan of 239 Pierce St. died between 12:30 and1 p.m., according to county coroner Dr. Martin Avolt. Noonan was a 21-year-old senior in the School of Management.

West Lafayette police, who responded to the scene, were unavailable for comment on Friday evening.
