Actions disgrace Purdue's image

I am appalled at the actions of the few who embarrassed Purdue to the entire world after the women's basketball team put up such a valiant, fine effort Sunday night. In the news after the game it is not about the women who worked so hard all season and gave 100 percent but rather those punks who are too immature to attend a university of the caliber of Purdue.

I hope that their expulsion papers are before the President and that they are soon on their way home.

As an alumna, I am furious that their actions have soiled Purdue's image. I am disgusted because they have tarnished the efforts of a fine basketball team of mature young women who deserve the headlines instead.
