Weather cancels softball
games
The Purdue softball team's doubleheader game against
the Dayton Flyers was canceled Tuesday, due to unseasonably cold temperatures,
wind chill and snow flurries in Dayton.
No make up date has been announced, although the
possibility exists for a later announcement. The Boilermakers will also
actively search for another game, possibly later this week.
If no additional game is scheduled, Purdue will
take the field at 2 p.m. on Friday for a Big Ten Conference doubleheader
at Iowa. The Boilermakers will then take on Northwestern on Saturday
and Sunday in Evanston, Ill.
