Director 'revisits' receipt problemsDear Mr. Park: Your concerns relative to credit card receipts, as conveyed in your Oct. 31 letter to the editor, prompted us to action. Although your position on this matter is shared by a number of retail establishments, the necessary technology was not provided by our credit card processor or by our electronic cash register company at the time of installation. We are revisiting our ability to eliminate the printing of sensitive information on credit receipts and we believe that a system programming change can address your concerns. We appreciate your taking the time to share those concerns with us, as the potential solution will likely be well received by all of our guests. Gary C.
