Purdue basketball could make changes, increase prominence

In the midst of another lackluster Boilermaker basketball season, one is left to ponder what it will take to return the Boilermakers to national prominence. Here are some things that crossed our minds:

1. Gene should trade the comb-over in for Willie Deane-style cornrows.

2. 'Tree-mendous' recruiting by Bob Rohrman

3. Transfer basketball on grass to basketball on basketball court.

After careful consideration, we realized that these suggestions are hardly

feasible. Ultimately, we would like to pose this question to Purdue fans: Would the men's basketball team win the national title if Kobe Bryant joined the team? Our opinions differ, but we would like to know what you think, especially the 67 percent of you that have four beers or less when they drink.
