11:50 p.m., Sunday: According to Duke Energy's website, all but 12 households in Tippecanoe County have had their power restored.
9:40 p.m.: Power is almost completely restored to the West Lafayette area.
9:26 p.m.: Power has been restored to some areas, according to West Lafayette Police.
8:46 p.m.: Duke Energy expects to have restored power by approximately 11 p.m. As of 8:45, 7,929 outages had been reported in Tippecanoe County.
8:28 p.m.: The majority of West Lafayette does not have power due to a fire at a power station, according to West Lafayette Police. Duke Energy has been notified.
8:25 p.m. update: More than 500 power outages have been reported in Tippecanoe County, according to Duke Energy.

Earlier: Power outages have been reported on and near campus, including at Chauncey Hill, Armstrong Hall, Civil Engineering, Cary Quadrangle and First Street Towers. Police scanner reports have indicated various stoplights in the area have lost power, and outages have been reported at off-campus apartment complexes. The Purdue Police Department has no further information about the outage at this time.
