A two-car collision at Salisbury Street and Fowler Avenue in West Lafayette sent one person to the hospital Sunday evening.

At about 5:35, two Sport Utility Vehicles crashed and one, a white Nissan Pathfinder, rolled over. The two drivers refused medical treatment on the scene, but a middle-aged female passenger in the Pathfinder was taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center for observation.

West Lafayette Officer Stason Wiete said it appears as if one vehicle ran a red light. He said the accident is still under investigation.
