Printer-friendly version Women's basketball team loses player due to grades
Forward Indi Johnson has been declared academically ineligible for the 2004-05 women’s basketball season and will not return to the team.
Johnson, who would have been a sophomore, will transfer to another school.
The Los Angeles native played in just five games for Purdue last season, recording eight points in 26 minutes. During the summer, Johnson was in West Lafayette scrimmaging with her Boilermaker teammates.
Purdue now has 13 players on the roster, 12 of whom are on scholarship.
