At Fowler Hall at 6 pm Wednesday night, mental health advocate Joshua Rivedal spoke on his his early life and career and resources for staying mentally healthy. Rivedal began with a 15-character, one man reenactment of his early life and career, including the devestating suicide of his father.  He gave an educational review of his suicidal thoughts and depression, and informed the students of resources to rely on as well as recognizable warning signs.  He also described his path to mental wellness and answered students' questions at the end of the program.
