8/5/17 Summer Graduation, Brian Lamb

Purdue alumnus Brian Lamb begun his speech by talking about Abraham Lincoln and his Gettysburg Address, with Lamb choosing to honor Lincoln and "the length of his speech." Lamb delivered a short speech, emphasizing that "learning is a lifelong proposition." He urged graduates to continue to "read, read and read more," and he suggested it's this generation's turn to do better than those who came before them.
