Junior guard Carsen Edwards was named an AP All-American for the second time in his Purdue career, this year to the second team. In 2018, Edwards was named to the third team.
The junior comes off his best season as a Boilermaker, averaging 24.3 points, 3.6 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game.
Edwards had an impressive NCAA tournament run, where he scored 26, 42, 29 and 42 points in the Boilermakers' four games. The performances earned the Atascocita, Texas, native the South Region's Most Outstanding Player award, despite losing in the regional final.
