The Purdue women's basketball team was eliminated from the 2020 Big Ten Tournament after falling to top seeded Maryland, 74-62, Friday in Indianapolis. Purdue trailed by nine points at halftime and was unable to make up the deficit. The Boilermakers trailed by 20 with 8:44 to go in the fourth, but a 7-point run helped them close the gap. Junior guard Karissa McLaughlin and senior guard Dominique Oden both lead Purdue with 15 points while senior forward Ae'Rianna Harris and redshirt junior Fatou Diagne finished with 10 and 11 points respectively. Diagne also had 12 rebounds to complete a double-double. Purdue struggled with the Maryland defense, as they turned the ball over 20 times and managed only nine offensive rebounds.
