Purdue got out-toughed at home for the second straight game, losing to Michigan 71-63 Saturday afternoon in Mackey Arena. Purdue (14-14, 7-10 Big Ten) was outshot from 2-point and 3-point distance, out-rebounded and 4 times as many turnovers than Michigan (18-9, 9-7). It was Purdue’s fourth straight loss overall. The Boilers were led by Trevion Williams, who did not start, with a double-double with 18 points and 10 rebounds. Sasha Stefanovic joined Williams in double-digit scoring with 13, and Evan Boudreaux reached double-digit rebounding with 15. Michigan was led by Franz Wagner with 22 points. It was Michigan's first win in Mackey Arena since 2014.
