The Purdue soccer team fell to 6-5-2 overall and 2-3-1 in league on Oct. 5 at Folk Field after losing to Wisconsin (9-2-1, 5-0-0), 1-0. The Boilermakers had multiple attempts but often came up short before they could take a shot. In the end Purdue finished with 4 shots to Wisconsin's 10. Sophomore goalkeeper Marisa Bova saved four shots but was unable to block Wisconsin's sole goal. Freshman forward Leanna Rebimbas took three of Purdue's four shots but was unable to find the net. Purdue returns to action at 8 p.m. Thursday when it hosts Ohio State (4-6-1, 2-2).
